I was worried this would have the same fucked up stepping on their previous Tarantula, but it doesn't seem like it
but their deadzone settings are also some inaccurate manual/analog button combination, so there's no way to tell if it's really on zero, but both axis (each stick) jitter +/- in those browser stick testers
seems good
