>Save money you'd spend on a gym and you can exercise literally anywhere, best thing I've done was to start calisthenics and not have to rely on gyms.
You know most gyms are 20-30 dollars a month, how poor are you that that's tightening the belt each month for?

>calisthenics
That's, not exactly great there anon. Sure it will keep the excess fat out and help you remain flexible, but 73kg isn't all that much to work with. You do you anon, it really does seem like you're the one here incapable of following the conversation.

Oh damn talk about Mr. insecure here anon did hit a nerve with you. You know picrel is a "machine" right? People who diss machines I always have to do a double take with on gym advice because people who've regularly worked out know that you use the right tool for the job. No one is saying you should only use the smith machines at the gym, but they are effective for what they do. For someone who's self-proclaimed 'skinnylet' it's obvious you doing any functional strength training so machines would be perfect for you.
>You're literally confusing me with the guy who said that, please stop being a retarded low iq nigger, go back to redit or w/e you came from if you can't even fathom who is who in the thread man, jfc.
Anon look at the replies that was being followed by said anon, maybe learn to quote the exact points otherwise people are going to assume you are following the last reply chain. Reddit is the other place for people like you.
For all your talk of "anon you should understand how others choose to live" you seem to get heavily defensive when someone brings up something that doesn't align with (you)r'e way of doing things.
