If a being doesn't NEED sex, which in the case of sex you need it to propagate the species, there is no reason to have genitalia, therefore if a being like that would have very specific body parts it doesn't actually need, they're purely aesthetic.
Sex as a "recreation activity" is purely a thing in living beings which is caused and driven by the species spreading their genes and propagating the species through sex.

Digimon's creation cycle is not the same as biological creation.
You maybe are unable to reason because you don't know what sex actually is for and how it influences behavior, while still holding to the belief that Digimon are actual replicas of living beings, when in fact and how it has been posted before; they are data simply taking shapes.
