This reminds me that Moero Chronicle has a mechanic where after defeating enemies under certain conditions you can rub their PNG bodies (with the Vita touchscreen on the original release or just mouse on PC), with certain areas being more erogenous. Boss battles lets you target certain body parts so that clothes fall off.
The rest of the gameplay is just dungeon crawler, but nothing special.
Maybe a gay game could copy on something of this.
