Been cutting, eating high protein and high fiber and trying my best to regularly exercise. I'm not starting from a whole lot of muscle mass so obviously progress is small but it's there. I just ran my measurements through the Nvy BFP calculator and I'm at around 9% bodyfat.

BUT I STILL GOT THIS FUCKIN PAUNCH. THIS IS BULLSHIT. HOW THE FUCK DO I GET IT TO LEAVE. I WOULD BE A TWINK IF NOT FOR MY FUCKIN LOVE HANDLES.

And no I'm not trying to be a twink I just don't wanna start bulking while I've got a noticeable belly that'll probably just get bigger with the surplus.
