If you consider that in order for human life to exist the planet had to go through very specific events, from the cambrian explosion, to aquatic life entering the land, then dinosaurs getting extinct by a meteorite that allowed only a specific species to survive, that eventually became an ape under again some rare odds then than ape barely surviving then you begin to understand that we are really just like another snowflake in the randomness of events and that human like intelligence is extremely unlikely to exist.
Also the "universe in infinite" statement is very lazy. Makes more sense to have a finite universe, much smaller that we think but it appears infinite because, much like with a kaleidoscope, things get distorted and repeated (e.g if you are looking A shape like the klein bottle) and examining it through a lense.
