I tried when they remade the UI in Dragonflight. I went back to using addons shortly after.
- You can't hide the default action bars, so I downloaded Dominos.
- The default party/raid frames suck ass, so I downloaded an addon to improve them. And then I replaced them completely with Cell.
- The default nameplates are even worse. I went back to Plater, so I can tell if a cast needs to be interrupted or not.
And so on. And now my add-on folder looks like this.
