I could be full of shit about "Common.kpf" having the data that source ports would need, but it does have title background images in it, and none of the included WADs (pictured) seem to fill in what GZDoom is failing to load from just "... -file heretic_fr.wad" and "... -file hexen_vog.wad".
The "_ex" WADs seem to be the updated levels (>>11927404) and I assume the "_mus_" WADs are music.
