It's 1 PM on a Friday, people are at work.
On a serious note, they've been declining ever since Arena first came out this year. Arena players seem to have moved onto Brawl and having a rotating gamemode that is infinitely more popular than One for All or Ult. Spellbook or whatever FOTM slop they put out seems to be draining players away from the main game modes. The new matchmaking system they said they were gonna try out in norms and such also seems to have just made queue times longer and match quality worse as well.
