Arena players seem to have moved onto Brawl and having a rotating gamemode that is infinitely more popular than One for All or Ult. Spellbook or whatever FOTM slop they put out seems to be draining players away from the main game modes. Also they seem to have hastily implemented some sort of fix I guess? It seems that you can't use this emote while in combat. Still, you could technically abuse this to cancel displacement CC if said displacement CC is the first thing that hits you.
With enough effort and autistic keybindings it should also be possible to do a proper auto Q auto with Q self dash cancel no wall required too, assuming you haven't been put in the "in combat" state by enemy hitting you first. Vayne is a ranged champion so it'll take the projectile travel time before it hits the enemy and marks her as "in combat".
