College kids usually don't have refined palates. I'd go for; Grilled cheese with bacon, and tomato soup. Pasta salads. Chicken nuggies with cheese fries. Breakfast burritos. Biscuits and gravy. Smash burgers. Sloppy Joes. Simple shit like that.
Also if you could offer a nice drink option like a watermelon juice with lime/lemon and a bit of mint I think that would be a big seller, especially in summertime. But yeah, K.I.S.S, my guy (keep it simple, stupid)
