Italy had its yearly parade two weeks ago, which while not overly pretentious was pretty good: you had a bit of everything, from silly historical uniforms, marching bands, alpine troops marching in snow uniforms in june, spec ops guys in buggys, some tanks, and chicks in uniforms that actually looked good
