you could play with the idea in a lot of unique ways for sure, it just shouldn't go the way of papyrus becoming the grim dark murder skeleton. it makes absolutely no sense with how hard a line he draws in the sand with his character in the genocide route. you could what if a lot of characters but when the cards were down papyrus is one character that was shown to absolutely 100% stand by his beliefs to the death.
