Russians are strangely reclusive and keep to themselves abroad. Israelis are very much the same. It's like they don't want to acknowledge you if you say hello.

Is it the language barrier or do you dislike westerners? Or you think they dislike you? Before 2022 most people were completely neutral to Russians. Many still are.
