Modern italians are heavily mixed, but that is a logical consequence of forming an empire that reaches to north africa and asia to northwest europe. and then being invaded by germanic tribes. You like to think of that also because Italy currently isn't doing that much on a global scale. But do Germans create classical music? Do germans write Poems still? NO? So are there 0% germans from 300-400 years ago?
