I don't know whose story to trust so I want to hear it from you guys, the deepest knowers that I know of

Essentially all that I've been able to intuit is that there are two halves to this reality, the light side and the dark side. Is Jesus truly the only time the light has ever been or will ever be realized in all of human history? It seems that way. Also how did you get so smart and knowledgeable. How were you able to find trustworthy sources of information beyond your intuition. I am desperate for information but I don't know who to trust. Protestant vs Orthodox, Christian vs Gnostic
