If people would go E max instead of Q first... If they would stop going that atrocious burn build for no reason... If they would legit play her as a support mid and late game, her win rate would go up a bunch, but people want big dam !!
Is she truly a flop if she's living rent free in other peoples heads that she's hated that much though ? Seems more like a success to me.

I played WoW for years with slightly similar set ups ! It actually makes League really comfy now too. It did take like ~10 games to get used to it though.
