140kg-87kg, 17kg to go. I’ve accepted I’m always going to look like shit with my shirt off, will most likely have to get loose skin surgery when this is all done.
My health has improved a lot, blood pressure is way down, fasting blood sugar almost normal again but cholesterol still in the high range . Other health ailments have disappeared .Can move better and have more energy. Keep going bros.
