one cup of coffee in the morning will last entire day and will affect your quality of sleep. The same goes for anxiety. The effect may be small but one cup of coffee will never feel like enough. You will want more coffee once the energy wears out. So you drink one more cup at noon. Then you come home after work and you feel exhausted so you wanna relax and maybe play some games.
