They both made a weird claim to make SS3 stand out in some way.
Jijii's claim in particular, it's weird to separate saiyan forms to specific emotions, specially SS3 since it's just a further evolution of 2. Even weirder is claiming SS4 is unlocked via sorrow, even though Vegeta didn't have any sorrow when unlocking it.
