I didn't really like the chances of improvement here even with the sanshoku - toimen's hand looked interesting but thought I'd just cut him off at least
I did hesitate a bit since it was nomi, but 8m was close enough to the edge to make me riichi here. Probably wouldn't riichi a 3 or a 7 wait.
