TW already "technically" has drawn scenes. It's just 3 or 4 different .gifs though that are not unique for each touhou. Also good luck drawing that thousands of different scenes that would be needed for each different possibility the game gives you.
But to answer your question: To me yes, I get more value with visual stimulation
