like this guy uses a metal law, so his training room is filled with spirit wood that's far enough away that it generates ambient qi but the elemental wood from it doesn't reach the center, and then a bunch of stone essences because they both tune the environment to earth (which fuels metal) and gather qi
the top one is just empty because i'm missing an essence
