Its largely going to come down to personal taste, for me it's probably DS1 since I've replayed it vanilla way more. Usually if I go back to OOT/MM its with a rando, since the base games have much less freedom in how you complete them.
Compare that to DS1, where you can do anything before sens funhouse in any order you want.
