just finished the new main quest and theres two things I don't get
why would the Rinascita Sentinel make this 'Central Hub' in Septimont, a city that doesn't worship it?
it feels contrived as a way for the Fractsidus to fuck over the city instead of a well thought out plot point.

Why did no one think to drain the lower city before Lupa lol?
