This shit cracked me up cause you could watch internal powerlevel politics happening in real time. Ewing specifically wrote a one shot that takes place before this that specifies that Devil Hulk would not be participating in this fight, probably because Ewing knew Hulk would job in Cates' comic. But Cates clearly either didn't read it or was intentionally ignoring it cause Carnage talks to Hulk as if he's speaking to Devil Hulk.
