My doctor says you don't want any more than 3mg and she doesn't understand why they'd even sell higher dosages. I told her mine were 5mg and the suggested dose was 2 gummies. She said I shouldn't have more than one, but really only need half.
I think it's just so they can sell more. It's like when they show toothpaste on a brush and it's a swirled log running the length. And IRL everyone just uses like a pea sized smear.
