I definitely think the Terrifics has the right idea of what to do with Offspring. Give him a reasonable amount of resentment but allow Plastic Man and him to bond and mend their relationship.

I can see him being a Teen Titans member but then it would likely feel too much like the Justice League. But then again, it's not like the JL uses Plastic Man very much.

Sounds like an interesting dynamic! I can definitely see Luke being this sort of Justice League fanboy that gets into his own little mishaps and stints into crimefighting. The daughter however, I think would probably just hate the JL somewhat since they "took away her dad" for this stuff. But she'd definitely would hate Plastic Man the most though.
