Its not a PDF, you can compile OpenDick but none of the major mechanics are there.
Neither project is supposed to "win" over the other anyway. If we were gauging victory on authenticity to Vic2 then Trannice lost because their released code is junk because nothing in the game is reliably 1:1 with Vanilla Spick2.
While trannice exists in a playable form, you cant play project trannice and enjoy it. Its simply not possible.
