It'd Owlcat and it's a massive project in a genre they never actually worked in before. RT was their third attempt at a cRPG and it was (and still is to an extend) a fucking mess with some redeeming qualities that is slowly working its way toward being okay through patches and DLCs I expect this to be the same on a greater magnitude
