shit, that's rough. i got a fully remote 100% wfh job during covid, we were never forced to go to the office since our boss didn't want to spend money on rent and our productivity never went down so we basically have a tiny office to drop documents off if someone lives nearby

i got promoted after 2 years and now i basically do nothing but jack off, watch yt, play vidya and answer 3-5 emails every day
