I spend like an hour and 30 mins at the gym, was going 3 times a week but now going 4 times a week. I think by most /fit/ standards i'm probably not going SUPER hard in terms of the exercises. Only just changed my diet recently this month (pic related is what I ate yesterday, pretty much always eating chicken rice and broccoli and the other stuff every day, while the actual dinner swaps out, usually some form of protein with 100g of greens and 200g of rice).
