I mean *to be fair*, in almost all (good) giantess animation they slow down the giantess a fair amount to make them feel more grounded, although that's more of a stylization choice than anything else since fast moving big things feel uncanny and weightless as a rule of thumb. That's why all those old MMD size animations with Miku dancing on top of a city at full speed feel so weird.
