well it's not that small, Armenia chalcolithic has lots of caucasus-iran ancestry which is VERY different from EEF, and likewise Israel_PPNB has natufian ancestry which is quite differentiated, sure, you could say that within whatever e.g Sicilians score of these west asian sources, a part of it being proto-ANF is not as alien
nevertheless it has implications insofar as understanding how those modern populations formed and how they differ within a broadly caucasian focus

I can do that, change the model and use much older sources, but now not only the fit is worse, but that Marmara_Barcin ANF proxy is absorbing sources of ancestry that are separated by maybe 10k+ years, partly true EEF from neolithic Europe, partly ANF from stone age middle east, so it's swooping up very geographically and temporally distant sources
