This was pushed by Swedish feminist politicians and they tend to be "sex negative feminists". The prostitutes are viewed as victims in Sweden and it's only illegal to buy sex or custom sexual content (like videos). This is clear from förarbeterna to the new law, which determines how the law will be applied by the courts. OF and similar platforms will be sentenced for "pimping" (koppleri) if they allow the sale of custom sexual content, which is a large part of OF currently.
