Do I just have to accept that I'm going to be taking shits less when eating at a 700 calories deficit and cutting out junk? All I've been eating is greek yogurt, chicken, fish, broccoli and cauliflower and whey protein for the past 2 months. Before this, I was shitting twice a day, big full logs.
