day 3. I ate half a donut for breakfast and a small lunch of quinoa, chickpea, and split peas. I have dinner plans with friends and didn't want to eat lunch but I was so hungry and dizzy that I had to eat. I did 30 mins of cardio and lifted some weights to make up for it. I had lost a couple of pounds when I weighed myself this morning but it's down to just a pound after lunch + all the water I drank + a can of olipop

I know about the stevia but a can makes me feel full so I use it to limit my appetite even doe it's bad for me in the long run
