My advice to improve your work is to buy a wacom cintiq with clip studio paint. Drawing digitally will instantly improve your work. The bigger the screen, the better. I am working on a 32 inch screen :D
no, but seriously, you're already very good. Your proportions are on point, your sense of form is there, my drawover is pretty much a direct trace of your lines. Now, I think you need to do master copies and memory drawings and try to find a style that fits your aesthetic.
