Robust Brick Shithouse can work, but even that can call proportions into question, and again you just get the same marine body with maybe a prettier face.

I'd go in the Gracile direction, with longer, lanker limbs for speed and reach as that also better highlights feminine curves, but the scale freaks would spurge out even harder if Femarines were 12 feet to the Primaris' 8.
