The only really interesting thing is the crazy looking titty ghost, the buildup is just going through the motions: variants of the same scene of Stocking eating or refusing to, a montage that's just a reference, her inevitable emotional breaking point, le giant ball haha. You could've got to the point in 5 minutes and not lost anything of note.
