After 120 hours I am ready to try Duchess but I am mentally retarded. Any pro tips from Duchess mains? This is what I had available that seemed ok for her. Do I only use her skill when frost or bleed procs? Can I use a staff and use her skill to to have it hit twice? Are there better relics? Send help.
