Why are they buffing Sylas?
Isnt he already too strong
Its not like he has a exalted skin like Viego coming up so why?
They should buff someone weak like Neeko instead.
Or at least fix that bug where her disguise automaticly drops without her cancelling it or enemy hitting her randomly for no reason.
