If a collapse of cities/government happen there is zero absolutely zero chance the whites in Arizona, New mexico, Southwest, California would stay there. They'd be getting the fuck out of dodge up north to the midwest and most likely PNW and midwest whites would alliance. Just take a quick look at any racial demographic map.
