there is definitely a cultural incel revolution already going on in Gen Z and Gen Alpha especially, however, as for a hard uprising, I don't think that's likely given modern bread and circuses like pornography, vidya, and drugs. i think it will be a slow collapse unfortunately where men just check out and society collapses - hopefully before the AI roll-out completely replaces men which would nullify them checking out.
