Q3s apparently ship with OSA keycaps, not KSA, but if either of those are too tall for you you will most certainly not like MT3 which are among the tallest keycap profiles in existence. Check Akko ASA keycaps, they are a more dramatically sculpted version of Cherry/OEM, essentially Cherry/OEM height coupled with a top "scoop" sculpting like KSA or MT3
