Observe here.
First make a circle, then copy the green line as in this picture.
Then copy the red lines.
Try to get the angles as accurate as possible. Observe carefully before and after copying. If you're failing to observe, make a transparent selection of your circle and drag it over the reference image to see if anything is wrong.
