There is still a 30% defense debuff from her special and even if the familiars show they have some stun resistance, it's not 100% stun res like the boss has. From my personal experience, the stun rate on familiars seem to be around 30-40%.
An alternative to Felicia would be Ayame but since she doesn't have the right element, she's harder to keep alive and there is more RNG involved in the clear from my experience.
It took me a few attempts to get used to the fight, but I can clear with this Felicia party consistently both on my GL account and my JP account, where Felicia and Mami were at a A0 and Pluvia was at A2.
