It's been soooooo long since I've played, but thematically Tzeentch involves lots of sorcery which is powerful but very unpredictable and requires applying the right spell at the right juncture with good timing and targetting. Tzeentch minions tend to be either mindless bots or gibbering monsters that behave like lunatics and need management. It would be too much for Berdly.
