>start taking antidepressants
>start eating better
>calorie counting every day
>lose 40lbs in half a year without any exercise
>start working out 2 months ago
>exercising 1hr/day 6 days a week
>3 days weight lifting 3 days cardio
>stop losing weight
what the fuck is this shit? i eat less than 1800 calories a day (typically between 1400-1600) how do i start losing weight again? i generally feel a lot better physically and have noticed i've gained some muscle but there's no way i gained the same weight in muscle that i would've lost in fat these last two months. i'm going to continue calorie counting and exercising but not having lost weight these last two months is really killing my motivation please help
