Did my morning 10k steps, the digivice only counted 8029 steps but I managed to digivolve my patamon into angemon during the walk. Day 6 of my maintanence week and havent gained any weight. Got to eat all my favorites like chicken fried steak, bbq, ice cream and pie. Today will be a pepperoni magnifico from marcos pizza and a free ice cream soda from an event at my apartment. feelsgoodman. Though for each bagged salad I always add a bunch raw spinach and arugula, then whatever dressing it comes with plus a bunch of ground flax seed. also, some of the people who were seriously overweight have loose skin and may never have a flat stomach unless they decide to do surgery. what seems like an attainable goal to you, might not even be possible for another person. i don't mean to be cynical but i've read a lot of stories from people on /fit/ who did decide to get surgery and they were happy they did. they didn't fail. achieving that goal in the normal way just wasn't possible for them.

I went from 124 kg down to 85 kg doing nothing but counting calories and trying to eat ~2000 kcal/day.
I don't look great because I'd have to be lifting for that, but at least now I look "normal" instead of clearly obese.
The weight loss has slowed down to a crawl, I only lost like 4~5 kilos this year, but than again, it's not like I have changed anything and my TDEE has dropped dramatically over the course of the last year.
I don't think I'll be dropping my calorie intake further, I feel very comfortable with the 2000/day thing, and instead I'm planning on introducing more calorie expenditure.
Ultimately, I'll go to the gym, I'm just delaying that because I'm a lazy ass.
The biggest revelation I got over the course of this year - I'll have to count calories 'till the day I die unless I'll get a very active hobby (which I won't), because when I'm eating intuitively, I just eat too goddamn much.

Hello anons, want to know my chances at success here. I've been doing a normal cut for about 1.5 months, but I have a photoshoot coming up on Thursday so this Monday I started an extreme cut (comparatively) for 10 days; I am consuming 950 calories daily, 175g of protein in that calorie allowance. I am also walking 15k steps daily, while also somehow maintaining all my lifts. I am 6'1 and now, Friday, am weighing 166.8lbs. My goal is to have my abs show for the photoshoot as much as possible, so I want to know what the odds are that I will achieve this given I stay the course and finish out the remaining 6 days?

im sitting now at 94kg, but im completly stuck for 2 months now. last month, i started doing a lot more physical activity, pool swimming, and reduced my daily intake carbs to about 1000kcal, but despite this im still stuck, i still see my weight going up and down in intervals of 0.4kg everytime i weigh myself

As the other anon suggested go back to square one, recalculate your TDEE, establish a 500~1000kcal deficit, weigh and log EVERYTHING you put into your body, yes that includes the tiny little snacks you sneak and the extra splash of oil you accidentally dropped in the pan when cooking. Something is taking you out of deficit and only you can figure out what it is, good luck.
